Updates to RSS enabled content sections and pages can be sent to Google Blog API, Tecnorati and Weblogs ping (change notification) servers. Since BMTech CMS is ASP based, XML-RPC was not used to ping the remote servers. Alternately standard HTTP request are used to send the corresponding parameters (SiteURL, Title, FeedURL, etc..) to the blog services.
